Coming from a rural and trade sales background, and conversing with commercial and trade customers, it became obvious that we needed a better solution for lifting items in tricky situations.
And so, SmartLift Cranes was born!
Our idea for a custom-built crane modified onto a 4wd vehicle originated from seeing a gap in the market for smaller cranes with easier manoeuvrability on sites or private properties that larger machines, such as HIAB trucks, cannot access.
SmartLift Cranes offer a cost-effective lifting solution for our customers, compared to hiring oversized (and overpriced!) access equipment for small lifting jobs.
SmartLift Cranes is a fully insured operation with a site specific health and safety plan for every job. We’re also a member of Site Safe with Environmental Health and Safety experience, and NZQA Unit standard licenses 30072 & 16617.
